MELTING ICE

Right after I left Byron's Gym, I had Trace waiting for me at the door hurrying me to go to the library with him. Didn't even have the time to process my recent loss. When I got there, Prof. Rowan and Dawn were waiting. I think they were talking about some legendary pokemon that dwell in the lakes and how he needed us to catch them for his studies (greedy man!) . I wasn't really paying attention, couldn't erase Lucky from my head. What a horrible death, good Arceus! But, them, everything started to shake, and there was this loud noise of an explosion. After it stopped we saw that one of the lakes had just been attacked by Team Galactic... Oh, you've gotta be kidding me! I flew to lake valor to check the situation. When I got there it was much worse than I had thought! The lake had been blown up and was totally dry with a bunch of poor magikarp weekly flipping and tossing on the ground. I felt a incredible rage take over me! I was in for the kill.

 I met commander Saturn there talking some gibberish and honestly almost killed the guy and his pokemon. He told me commander Mars was stealing the pokemon from lake Verity. Commander Mars!? THAT BITCH THAT KILLED KIARA!!!!!!!!!!!!! Didn't even think twice! Flew to lake Verity with the bloody taste of revenge in my mouth! When I got there, poor Dawn was helplessly trying to do something about Team Galactic...Really? Step aside, please! OH LORD ARCEUS!! It never felt so good to beat someone up like I did to this poor bitch Commander Mars! But, unfortunately she had already sent the lake pokemon away.
Prof. Rowan sent me to Lake Acuity to help Trace save the last pokemon. When I got there Trace told me I had to beat the gym to be able to climb the rocks all the way up to reach lake Acuity. No problem them. Time for some grinding! Serious grinding! No losing more pokemon!

TRAINING MONTAGE!!!!

We got to Iron Island and met this awesome trainer called Riley. He said that he would just be inside training. Just as me. But we ended up meeting again on the inside and he asked me to help him find out why the pokemon in that area were so disturbed. Sure, we'd love to see how you are as a trainer in action help. And he had this AWESOME Lucario with him! I kept thinking "I wish I had a Lucario!"

I helped him out on the way and used him for some grinding too. We eventually bumped into some galactic grunts. The source of all evil ¬¬
Kicked their assess and left the place with the feeling of "mission accomplished". When I was leaving the Iron Island he stopped me and gave me a pokemon egg. That's a cool guy! I hurried my way out, still very thankfull, to hatch that egg. It seemed like an infinite time before the thing started to hatch but...Wut?

I GOT A RIOLU!!!

It was time for some babysitting! 
He was nicknamed Lucky and I got Sky out of the box to make him company in a long and HAPPY training section. I trained them for hours with love and care until they both evolved into powerful, beautiful Lucario and Togekiss(with some shiny stone help)! I even worked hard in getting another blue shard to teach Lucky Ice Punch and two heartscales to teach Sky Aura Sphere and Air Slash.

Now we are ready to face the next gym! 

GRIEF

We arrived at Canalave city and all everyone could talk about was this Iron Island and how I should go up there for some training. I thought with myself it might be a good idea, since we needed some training for the next gym, specially Mink, knowing that she would have some type advantage there. Turns out we met Trace on our way to get the boat to Iron Island. He had already gotten his badge and wanted to test me before the GYM. This was his new team:

Alright, I thought, Let's kick his ass! I called out Mink against his newly evolved Staraptor and she put it down with one single critical Ice Fang! Next, he sent out a Heracross. I thought a Rock Tomb would do the trick... And once again I'd pay for my stupid mistake. Heracross took that attack smoothly and hit us back with a Brick Break... Oh, Mink! I'm so sorry! u.u,

Griff was taking revenge on every single pokemon that came next, until Poseidon came out of his pokeball and finished the rest! But he had to do it alone... I couldn't even move. I was screaming in silence. Until Poseidon hit me in the face and told me to get my shit together and move on, so that her effort wouldn't have been in vain. But I could see in his eyes he was hurt... maybe even more than me. They shared such a close bond... Mink was there to help him when we lost Kiara. She was there to cast light upon us on our darkest moments. I think Poseidon was in love and never had the chance to  tell her. I'm sorry Mink, I'm sorry Poseidon...

THE WATER, THE SWAMP, THE FREAKING FOG

We've progressed quite a lot. I'll try and make a long story short. We reached Pastoria City and visited the local Safari, which is a Marsh, actually. Caught a Quagsire that was immediately boxed. 

We went for some grinding in the wild. Lot's of rain and swampy places, and croagunks. I actually caught one and boxed him too. We even found a mansion with some pretty strong maids to battle and their lady boss. Beat the crap out of them and moved on to do the same to Crasher Wake! Of course we were stopped by Trace right in front of the GYM. His team was just a bit different this time. Some different movesets and a little stronger. Nothing we couldn't take like a stroll in the park, of course.

I was really more worried about Crasher Wake's Gyarados. I don't have a single electric type pokemon, nor an electric move or TM to teach any of my pokemon. I'd love to teach thunderbolt to Reaper, but not happening anytime soon. I miss Kiara. Mink does have  Rock Tomb, but she's not that bulky to take on a Gyarados. I was really counting on Fenrir to do the stalling, crippling job. Check out the video for the battle.

It was quite exciting! But, from now on, we shouldn't have any problems dealing with the next GYMs. Hopefully.

After getting my badge there was a confusion involving annoying Team Galactic and of course I helped save the day. Cynthia dropped by to hand me some secret medicine to give to some psyducks with a hell of a migraine! They were actually blocking the way to Celestic Town, and she needed me to run her an errand, I suppose. When I got the little psyducks out of the way she gave me an Old Charm to give to her grandma. But she didn't fucking tell me I'd have to go through infinite fog! Seeing nothing ahead before it hit me! And fight thousands of actually very strong trainers! Including a couple of ace trainers packing a Riachu and a Gyarados that gave me some trouble!

When we had finally reached Celestic Town there's nothing much, really...Except for another stupid Galactic grunt crying to have his ass kicked! But, hey, he wasn't alone this time, He brought boss Cyrus to help him. Oh, please! We sent them both flying!

After our heroic acts, Cynthia's grandma gave us HM03...Oh, yeah! Let's Surf!

Except I was just checking my map while my pokemon were bitching about my total lack of a sense of direction... And I had no idea where to go next. After sitting down and thinking hard, we decided to fly back to Jubilife City and Surf across that lake... Let's see where we'll get next!

CASUALTIES

It hurts to say, but I did it again. I lost a friend. She was just new to the team and was doing great with her training. Tess was at Lv.29, really close to evolving into a beautiful Gardevoir when we met this trainer and his Goldeen. We thought it was just a Goldeen, no big deal! But we weren't expecting it to use Horn Drill!! Of course it missed! We were startled but we soon became confident that with such low accuracy that thing would never get the chance to hit us! I was wrong...and poor Tess trusted me. The second time sure hit...1 hit KO.

We went back to Solaceon town, near the place where we first met Tess. Payed our respects and buried her in the Lost Tower. I'm sorry, Tess...for letting your promising future be wiped out like this...I'm so sorry!

I wouldn't let her efforts be in vain so Griff and Fenrir were putting an extra effort and Aurora joined us again to gives some new strength, very much needed! After all, it was time to get our next badge. And the team was ready!

We were too hurt from losing another companion and we wanted to take all out on the first trainer we saw. I didn't even wanted to record this last GYM battle because we wanted to hurt that little girl so bad, even though it wasn't her fault, it wouldn't be respectful, keeping that in video. Mink took out her Meditate with a single Crunch to the face! Aurora finished off that Machoke with a few Psybeams, resisting all the Rock Tombs sent on her! Finally, Griff took out that Lucario with one single Close Combat. It was beautiful. Even Fenrir took super effective hits from the other trainers like a boss! I think he's convinced Fenrir was really a good name. Fits his new form.
We moved on, carrying our new Cobble Badge. But still feeling the bitter taste of loss...

THE GOOD FELLOWS

Got some new awesome teammates! Caught a male Staravia at Lv. 19 and  a female Ralts at Lv. 17. They've put up some muscle already and the little Ralts has evolved. Meet Griff and Tess! Check MY POKEMON page to see how they're going.

NOT AFRAID OF GHOSTS!

After we got our second gym badge we broke into evil Team Galactic's Headquarters and wreaked havoc in there! I needed to take revenge for what had happened to Kiara last time! Took it all out on Commander Jupiter!

We beat her to death quite easily. Just one Rock Tomb from my Mink on her Zubat and a few Bug Bites from my Aurora on her Skuntank, and job done! She doesn't look neither pretty nor happy now! Oh, and we rescued the guy from the Bike Shop. Wait, did you say bike? Oh my god, all that frustration for not having a bike, gone! So I went to the shop and grabbed my new bike!! YAY!!!

But that's not all! On our way to get the bike we met mysterious Cynthia who gave us a mysterious egg.

After that we payed a quick visit to the Old Chateau. The other pokemon weren't really comfortable in there, but Reaper felt like home!

There wasn't much to see in there, except for a bunch of gastlys and a Rotom that I couldn't catch, 'cause that would be breaking the rules ¬¬
It was time to go to the Cycling Road, now that I finally had my bike *-*

We were riding happily and fighting a bunch of trainers when, Wut!? The egg hatched!!! At least, half of it...

  

Meet, SKY, my new Togepi! Now give that thing a Soothe Bell and move on!

We went under Cycling Road into the Wayward Cave. And we did rescue a little girl called Mira, with her awesome Lv.18 Kadabra who couldn't take any hits but sure could land them!

And we found a secret entrance to a different part of the cave in which I obviously couldn't catch a Gible, 'cause it was only the second pokemon to show up! But I cought a Bronzor, called DIME! *sent to the box*

Now, into Hearthome City and for the next badge! Of course we did some exploring around the city first! And we met Bebe, the pokemon PC admin! And guess what she gave me!? And Eevee! Welcome FENRIR to the team!

I know his too cute to be named after a giant wolf, but you never know what he might turn into! Now it's time for some quick grinding before going to the GYM!
The Gym itself is like the coolest gym ever! All dark and scary! But me and Poseidon were ready for it! Poseidon was now with a new look! He evolved into an awesome Empoleon! Of course I couldn't tell him how awesome he looked, 'cause this guy gets more and more full of himself with every new evolution! Ok, ok...I'm a bit headstrong myself, I have to admit, but his just stubburn!! And a showoff! ( Oh, but we love each other!)

Well, well...I ended up really needing his help for the Gym Battle against Fantina. But deep in my heart I believed he did it because he really got worried about Reaper! Yeah, Reaper got seriously hurt this time. But Poseidon was there for him. Check the video for this exciting and most annoying battle so far!!
